  • What are the membership packages?


    Membership packages are Basic and Full Membership.

  • Why can't I upload my photo?


    With each package there is a maximum space (Kb) you are allowed for your photos.
    These are:

    Basic: 100,000 bytes (100K)
    full : 244,000 bytes

    For example, if you are a basic user, you can put maximum of one photo of 100K or two photos of 50K.

    If you are getting an error when you try to upload your photo, try reducing the size of the photo, or finding a smaller photo and then trying again. See below for tips on how to reduce the size of your photo.

    Alternatively if youve tried downsizing and it still doesnt work, send your photo and your username to photos@tantralink.com and well do it for you.


    Reducing the size of your photo in Windows XP
    There is a simple trick to reduce your photo size if you are using Windows XP and Outlook.
    - Click on My Computer and navigate to the directory containing your photo. Select the photo.
    - On the left hand menu, select "Email this file" (even though youre not actually going to)
    - When the dialog box comes up, ensure the "Make all my pictures smaller" option is selected.
    - Click "OK". An outlook window appears with your photo attached. Its size will have halved (hopefully). Right click on it and save to a new folder (so you dont overwrite your photo).
    - Now you can upload this new reduced-size photo to Tantralink eMeeting.

  • Registering details


    Here are the steps for registering successfully.


    1. Fill in username (this is the name you want to see on the site)
    2. Fill in name
    3. Fill in gender, birthday, email address and as much of the profile as you can now, especially the asterisked sections (you can fill in the rest at a later time)
    4.Tick agree to website conditions
    5. Create My Account- a coded password has been sent to your private email account
    along with your username
    6. Cut and paste the coded password from your email into activate your account
    7. Complete your profile and then click on update
    8. If your profile is approved, to log in you will need to cut and paste the coded password again
    9. If you wish to then create your own password go to My Settings’, click on change password
    10. Cut and paste old coded password into box. Then put your new password you choose in the box next to it.
    11. Click on change password box below it.
    12. At any time, to alter your profile go to ‘My Account’ and then ‘Profile Content’.
